These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Bonded Hair Extensions website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Products
We take every care to accurately display our products, colours and descriptions.
As Bonded Hair Extensions are made from 100% Human Remy Hair, slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the natural characteristics of human hair.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement, custom order or refund where applicable.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice.
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched or custom manufacturing begins.
Shipping
Shipping timeframes are estimates only.
Bonded Hair Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events or circumstances outside of our control.
Custom Orders
Custom manufactured products are made specifically for each order.
Production generally takes 5–7 business days, followed by approximately 5–7 business days for shipping.
Because these products are custom made, they cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy.
Products must remain unopened, with the original pink Bonded band and white security zip tie intact.
Opened, installed or altered products cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Colour Selection
We recommend consulting our colour resources or contacting us if you're unsure which shade to order.
While we do our best to accurately photograph every colour, screen settings may affect colour appearance.
Product Care
Bonded Hair Extensions are a professional product.
Longevity depends on professional installation, correct maintenance and appropriate home care.
Failure to follow recommended care practices may reduce the lifespan of the hair.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, videos, logos, graphics, educational material, product descriptions and written content, remains the intellectual property of Bonded Hair Extensions unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Bonded Hair Extensions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing within these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
