Yes! All of our hair extensions are made from 100% Remy Human Hair, meaning the cuticles remain aligned to create soft, natural looking, long lasting extensions.

Yes. Our extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair and can be professionally toned or darkened by 1–3 shades using ammonia free colour.
Please do not bleach or lighten the hair, as this will affect its quality and lifespan.

Orders are dispatched from Springfield Lakes QLD within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened and unaltered hair extensions with all original packaging and security seals intact.
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
