Yes. Our extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair and can be professionally toned or darkened by 1–3 shades using ammonia free colour.
Please do not bleach or lighten the hair, as this will affect its quality and lifespan.

Absolutely! You can swim with your extensions, however we recommend tying your hair into a loose braid or ponytail beforehand and rinsing it with fresh water as soon as possible afterwards.
Chlorine and saltwater can dry out both your natural hair and your extensions, so using a nourishing treatment after swimming will help keep them looking their best.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened and unaltered hair extensions with all original packaging and security seals intact.
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
